In detail the terms and conditions of reservation

Please read these terms & conditions carefully, as they are legally binding between Plaka Sofi Suite and you, which determines the rights as well as the obligations of each party.

1- After booking and at least 15 days before check-in, Greek law is required, by email, a photocopy of the passport or identity (for European citizens only) to be taxed. If the passport or identity copy is not sent, the check in cannot be carried out.

2- The apartment should be maintained in good condition and delivered in good condition at the check out by guests.

When leaving the apartment, visitors must turn off the lights and air conditioners, as well as close all windows and doors.

Visitors should follow the posted instructions for electrical appliances.

The use of the balcony, located in the open courtyard, is only for clothesline and is shared with the adjacent apartment.

It is expressly prohibited to use the metal staircase located on the balcony of the open courtyard for safety reasons.

Smoking is prohibited within the apartment as well as in public areas.

3- PAYMENTS

To complete the reservation, follow the payment method according to which:

The initial deposit of 30% of the total amount payable must be in our bank account within 3 business days of the Plaka Sofi Suite booking confirmation. The remaining amount is paid 30 days before the first day of the rental period. The 250 euro damage/security guarantee must be paid during check-in cash or credit and will be refunded during check -out (if cash has been paid), as long as no damage caused by guests.

If your reservation is made within 29 to 0 days before the first day of the rental period, the total amount payment must be made immediately to confirm the reservation by the Plaka Sofi Suite. Payment must be made by direct transfer to our bank account (you will receive bank account details after the booking request).

If the payments as specified in the payment method are not obtained until the corresponding expiration dates, Plaka Sofi Suite reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately and cancel your reservation and will be banned from accessing the accommodation. In this case, the cancellation policy in accordance with Article 5 of this document applies.

4- Once we receive the total amount paid in accordance with the payment method, you will receive a written booking confirmation from Plaka Sofi Suite. Read this confirmation carefully and contact Plaka Sofi Suite immediately if the information contained therein is incorrect or incomplete. Plaka Sofi Suite has no obligation to correct any errors or omissions reported more than 24 hours after the confirmation has been transmitted.

5- CHANGES & CANCELLATION

 5.1 If you want to make any changes to your confirmed reservation, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible and we will try to adapt to the proposed changes,

Without charging additional charges if this is possible, however, we cannot guarantee that the requests will be satisfied. If the above changes involve additional costs, you will be informed in writing of the changes and the costs included in our contract, while the addition of the additional costs will apply to Article 6 hereof.

5.2 If you wish to cancel your reservation, you should inform us immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy will apply in the event of a reservation of replacement:

Cancel by you up to 30 days before the first day of the rental period: The advance payment will be refunded (except for the supply of a banking transaction of approximately 15 euros).

Cancel by you less than 30 days before the first day of the rental period: No refund will be made

5.3 For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no charges apply.

If it is canceled less than 30 days before arrival due to force majeure, 100% of the total accommodation will be charged and the stay may be provided within the next 365 days.

In case of non -appearance, 100% of the total reservation will be charged as cancellation.

6- Check-in / check out

Please take into account the check-in and check-out hours and the additional charges mentioned above. We will try to satisfy requests for earlier check-in as long as this is possible.

During check -out guests should have left the apartment in good condition, tossed their trash, wash all the cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery they have used and place all the used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.

Cash or Credit Damage/Security Guarantee of 250, 00 euro, will have to be paid at the check in and will be returned during check -out (if cash has been paid), if there is no damage to the apartment caused by guests.

7- USE OF CONTRACT

7.1 The number of visitors overnight in the accommodation may not exceed the maximum capacity referred to in the registration of Plaka Sofi Suite, as well as the detention made by visitors. If the number of visitors exceeds the number of guests of the booking, we reserve the right to request the extra charge of the additional people / overnight and in the event of refusal by visitors to the debt, we reserve the right to ask all visitors to leave the accommodation immediately. 

7.2 You will only use the apartment for the purpose for which you have been leased (personal accommodation). It is forbidden to re -use the accommodation, the use of spaces for all kinds of commercial use during renting (photos, seminars) and/or organizing a party for fun or event. If you make unauthorized use of the accommodation as indicated, we reserve the right to ask all visitors to immediately evacuate the accommodation and to keep the gaming/security deposit as a reasonable sentence. You will not supervise the accommodation in any way. The photos taken in the property cannot be used for publication or sold for profit without written permission from Plaka Sofi Suite and the owner.

8- DISCLOSURE OFFICIALSHIP VISITORS

Plaka Sofi Suite cannot be held responsible for you or your guests for any accident or injury that occurred during your stay at any occasion, unless the accident or injury was caused by a gross negligence by Plaka Sofi Suite.

9- SAFETY

Plaka Sofi Suite cannot be held responsible to you or rest of the guests for any loss or poor valuable placement left in the accommodation during your stay. You and rest of the guests need to keep the securities confidential.

10- CHILDREN

Plaka Sofi Suite cannot accommodate infants and children under 6 years. Note that the supervision, safety and behavior of your children are solely your responsibility.

11- PETS

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, in general.

12- CONSTRUCTION

According to Plaka Sofi Suite manager, you or rest of the guests behave in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, excessive disruption (i.e. to neighbors) or property damage (including public spaces such as elevator, stairs, etc.) It can be finished immediately, you will be asked to evacuate the property and Plaka Sofi Suite will keep the gaming/security deposit as a reasonable penalty. In this case, you will not receive any refund and be responsible for any costs that result as a result of your behavior or the behavior of rest of the guests.

13- DAMAGES / SAFETY PREPARE

13.1. The property will be checked by Plaka Sofi Suite staff before and after the rental period. You will be responsible for any proven damage or losses caused by the accommodation and content. We recommend that you ensure that your Insurance covers random damage to its accommodation and content.

13.2. You will be responsible for all costs related to the loss of any keys or remote controls provided to you at the beginning of the rental period.

13.3. The damage/security warranty deposit will be returned to you during check -out (if cash has been paid), as long as there is no damage caused by you. Possible proven damage or losses in accordance with paragraph 6 will be deducted from the security deposit. In the exceptional case that the cost of repairing/replacing any proven damage exceeds the security deposit, you agree to cover the additional costs within 7 days of your email alert.

14- COMPLAINS AND PROBLEMS DURING YOUR ACCOUNTING

Plaka Sofi Suite managers will do everything in their power to provide you with a seamless stay, a accommodation can have malfunctions like any other home. Our goal to resolve any problems that arise within 24 hours may not always be possible due to the time of the day or day of the week, the non -availability of techniques, etc.

15- Upper Violence

Plaka Sofi Suite bears no responsibility if the execution of this Agreement is no longer possible due to force majeure. All of the following are considered to be the majestic force: threat of war, terrorist action, industrial actions, dangerous weather conditions, pandemic situations, fire, flood, drought, unexpected airport or port and unforeseen changes in transport, Suite.

16- PERSONAL DATA

16.1. The Plaka Sofi Suite will act in accordance with GDPR law, which concerns the protection of personal data. When you bore our site, we don't collect information about you. All data is provided by you personally and allow us to process your final reservation. These personal information will be maintained in our database for future reference. There are security measures to ensure that the database of our visitors is not accessible to an unauthorized company or person.

16.2. Plaka Sofi Suite needs to disclose some personal data to its financial manager, but will not make the aforementioned information available to other third parties without your explicit consent. For marketing purposes, Plaka Sofi Suite is requesting your consent to use some of the stored information provided to contact you about your vacation and keep you informed of current offers. If you do not wish to store your data other than our financial management, let us know by e-mail.

17- Advertising and online information

17.1. Plaka Sofi Suite really believes that the information and statements on the content of its website is accurate.

17.2. Every effort is made to fully and accurately description of the accommodation and benefits.

17.3. Plaka Sofi Suite reserves the right to change the published information.

18- You are responsible for liability insurance against third parties, health and medical repatriation. The Plaka Sofi Suite is not a travel agent, it does not offer such fuses and bears no responsibility for the absence of such insurance.

19- POWER LAW-RIGHT

All disagreements that arise between you and/or your guests and Plaka Sofi Suite and/or any of its employees, from or in relation to your reservation and/or accommodation will be generally resolved by the Athens Courts, Greece.
